Temporary Closing of Roads

Monaghan County Council gives notice in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993 that it intends to close: 
Road No. - Local Road LP4623 Inniskeen to Chanonrock

From: - Monday 16th August to Friday 20th August 2010 inclusive

Diversions will be in place as follows:-

East bound LS8602 to Blackstaff, LP4602 to N53 Main Castleblayney to Dundalk road
West bound R178 to Ballykelly, LS8621 to Kednaminsha

 
The closure is required for the construction of a cattle underpass.  
Any interested person may lodge an objection to the closing of the above mentioned road with the Director of Services for Roads, Monaghan County Council Offices, Glen Road, Monaghan not later than Wednesday 4th August 2010.  Any objections must be clearly marked on envelope “Objection to Road Closure”.
