Notice of proposed material contravention of the Monaghan County Development plan 2007-2013 (no. 4 & 5)
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 34 (6) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 that Monaghan County Council intends to consider deciding to grant planning permission for;
Planning Application Ref. No. 09/600 for Paul Breslin located on lands at Tullyhirm, Monaghan. The proposed development comprises of the following:
“Permission to consist of 1no. 2storey type dwelling to be used for B & B accommodation with effluent treatment system, soil polishing filter area and all associated site development and drainage works, at previously granted planning ref. No. 04/458 at Tullyhirm, Co. Monaghan.
Planning Application Ref. No. 09/601 for Michelle Breslin located on lands at Tullyhirm, Monaghan. The proposed development comprises of the following:
“Permission to consist of 1no. 2storey type dwelling with a detached domestic garage, with effluent treatment system, soil polishing filter and all associated site development and drainage works at previously granted planning ref. no. 04/458”
These proposed developments would materially contravene the following objective of the Monaghan County Development Plan (incorporating Monaghan Town) 2007-2013 if planning permission were granted:
Section 9.4.3 Zoning Objective C – Industry and Employment in the Monaghan County Development Plan (incorporating Monaghan Town) 2007-2013
Particulars of the proposed development may be inspected at the offices of Monaghan County Council, The Glen, Monaghan during normal office hour’s 9.15am – 5.00pm, Monday – Friday. Written submissions and observations should be forwarded to the above address OR by e mailing devplan@monaghancoco.ie
Submissions or observations received as regards the making of a decision to grant planning permission, received by Monaghan County Council up to, and including 10th March, 2010 will be duly considered by the Council.
