Construction of Sports Complex in Clones

Notice of Proposed Development under Part 8 of the
Planning and Development Regulations, 2001 (S.I. No. 600 of 2001)

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 81(1) of the Local Government Planning and Development Regulations 2001 as amended of the following proposed development : -

Construction of 1285m/sq sports building; 8 lane athletics track; 3g all weather multipurpose pitch; relocation of existing gaa pitch; flood lighting to all pitches and track; car parking, roads, footpaths and general site lighting; regrading of the site to suit the playing surfaces; new entrance, boundary walls and fencing; entrance and building signage; landscape planting and all associated site works and services at Liseggerton, Clones, Co. Monaghan

Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during normal working hours at the offices of Monaghan County Council, County Offices, The Glen Road, Monaghan up to and including 4th June, 2010 and will be on display in Clones Library Headquarters, 98 Avenue, Clones, County Monaghan up to and including 4th June 2010.

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development will be situate, may be made in writing to Monaghan County Council, County Offices, The Glen Road, Monaghan, up to and including 18th June, 2010.
