NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO VARY THE DEVELOPMENT PLANS 2007
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 13 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 that the Planning Authorities in County Monaghan, propose to vary the Development Plans 2007.
The reason for the proposed variation to the Development Plans is to provide for the inclusion of the revised Housing Strategy and its integration within the Councils' Housing Policies and Objectives.
A copy of the proposed variation is available for inspection at the following locations during normal office hours for a period of 4 weeks commencing on 1st May 2007.

Written submissions or observations with respect to the proposed variation made to the Planning Authorities within the said period will be taken into consideration before the making of the variation.
