2010 Grant scheme for the Conservation of Protected Structures
County Monaghan has a rich architectural heritage of civic buildings, churches, country houses, mills, traditional buildings, town houses and railway buildings and bridges. These structures help to create a distinct character in urban and rural areas and represent a rich resource which has been cared for by their owners for many years.
Applications are invited to the Monaghan County Council Grant Scheme for the Conservation of Protected Structures. This Department of the Environment grant scheme is administered by the Local Authority each year. If you own a Protected Structure (formerly known as a Listed Building) in County Monaghan, this grant scheme will be of interest to you.
