Would you like to know what factors would be taken into account during the decision making process of your planning application?
The new Self Service Pre-Planning System (SSPS) will enable you to draw your proposed development site boundary and receive an instant report detailing your site location and all the planning policies and factors that will be taken into account during the planning decision making process of your application.
If you are experiencing problems with the SSPS, please check for the following:
- After you click the Draw Site option on the application a red outline should appear on the map window as you draw your proposed site. If this is not the case there could be a problem with the Compatibility Setting on your web browser. To get this to work correctly please click on the Help button which is on the top right hand corner of the application window and check out “The site is not displaying in a red outline when I draw it?” section.
- Also PopUp Blockers may affect you being able to view your report, click on the Help button which is on the top right hand corner of the application window and check out the “Problems generating a Report?” section.
